While the group structure resembles that of a much larger organisation, the culture remains hands-on and entrepreneurial. This role is ideal for someone who understands corporate controls and international reporting, but can also thrive in a smaller, fast-paced environment.

2. High-Impact Leadership: You’ll lead IFRS reporting, ERP optimisation, cashflow forecasting, andpany secretarial matters.
3. Tech-Forward Finance: The business is evolving its systems and analytics—your Power BI and Excel skills will be key.
Key Responsibilities
4. Lead group accounting and ensure accurate reporting under IFRS.
5. Manage cashflow forecasting, treasury, and working capital.
6. Drive ERP improvements (distribution/manufacturing focus) and inventory management.
7. Providepany secretarial oversight, including tax, pensions, and contract review.
8. Champion data analytics and reporting tools to elevate the finance function.
9. Support and coach local finance teams, embedding best practices.
What We’re Looking For
10. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong post-qualification experience.
11. Exposure to international reporting and IFRS, ideally from audit or corporate finance.
12. Hands-on ERP experience, especially in manufacturing/distribution.
13. Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
14. Experience in owner-managed, investor-led, PE-backed, or fast-paced SME environments.
15. A collaborative leader with both technical expertise and adaptability.
