This senior leadership position sits on the Executive Management Team, with responsibility for overseeing service delivery, leading operational strategy, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care across a diverse portfolio of services. You’ll play a critical role in driving performance, supporting growth, and ensuring services consistently deliver positive outcomes for the people supported Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and develop operational teams across multiple services Ensure services meet all regulatory, safeguarding, and contractual requirements Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence Oversee budgets, resources, and performance metrics Monitor sector trends and policy changes to inform strategy Produce reports and provide assurance to senior stakeholders and board members About You NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care or Management Significant experience within the care sector (10 years) Proven track record in a senior leadership role Experience supporting individuals with complex needs (e.g. autism, mental health, dementia) Strong stakeholder management experience, including commissioners and local authorities Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel Why Join?
