Solicitor
This law firm is well established in the realms of personal injury and industrial disease. Due to new sources of work, they are now undergoing a large period of growth and transformation and consequently are looking to recruit a number of additional solicitors. The office is based in West Yorkshire, but they have a very flexible working model and will consider hybrid and remote working for the right individual.
The roles will involve managing a specialist caseload, made up of both pre and post litigated, industrial disease claims as well as supporting on more complex and higher value cases.
You will be expected to run the caseload from start to finish, whilst also providing a positive influence to the firm. Due to the period of growth, there are long term development opportunities for the right individuals, and it's a very exciting time to be joining the business.
The ideal candidate will have a number of years' experience of either personal injury or industrial disease, provide a high-level service and understand the litigation process. They are happy to look at both qualified solicitors, as well as non-qualified fee earners provided they can demonstrate the necessary experience and capabilities.
