We’re a small, interdisciplinary team at Checkatrade, building an AI-led product to save UK tradespeople time. We work like a startup: lean, fast, and laser-focused on solving real problems. Our first product is live, and now we’re building out our go-to-market engine. That’s where you come in.
What you’ll be doing
* Shape and run GTM campaigns across paid, organic, events and partnerships
* Get close to users – through interviews, analytics, and instinct – to guide what we build and how we grow
* Spot the inefficiencies – then fix, automate, or rebuild them to make us faster
* Dive into data: pull it, poke it, find the insights, and track what works
* Own projects end-to-end – whether that’s a product launch or a local tradesperson event
* Work across product, design, and engineering to help ideas move from zero to shipped

What you’ll bring
* 3–5 years in a startup, consulting, ops or fast‑paced environment
* Clear thinking and stronger opinions – you don’t just solve problems, you prioritise the right ones
* Curiosity and drive – from CRM workflows to AI tools, you’re up for learning what it takes
* Confidence with data – even if SQL isn’t second nature, you’re happy getting your hands dirty
* A bias to action and love for working across functions
* Bonus if you’ve done GTM work, worked with product teams, or scaled something from scratch
