Role purpose

This role requires a passion for innovation and transformation with technology, process and driving business efficiencies to assist in the successful onboarding of clients, system solutions and projects across all accounts and pillars within the Aire Global business. This role involves a range of responsibilities that span from initial planning through to transformation completion across Design, Develop and Deliver. In essence, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring all Aire Global clients are transitioned with complete success to fully automated ‘Aire Way’ of working and that standards are executed smoothly and effectively, contributing to the overall delight of new and existing clients.
Key responsibilities
* Working alongside our Transformation Manager and Account Directors, to plan client transformations effectively and pilot projects from conception to completion
* Plotting timelines and tracking budgets to ensure critical milestones are met and are within budget
* Liaising with all functions and pillars internally, to gather the appropriate contributors at the appropriate stages
* Monitoring progress of transformation planning documents and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
* Identifying and mitigating risks and issues
* Evaluating processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing change across all areas, with a view to enhancing the client experience at every step
* Offering solutions for bringing efficiencies to the client process and taking actions where appropriate to contribute towards resolutions
* Liaising with key stakeholders to establish and implement best practices across the business
* Consciously driving initiatives to reduce costs and minimise waste, in turn enhancing quality
* Lock down key targets amongst all contributors and align on what success looks like
* Report on timings and KPI’s throughout the transformation process to ensure success remains on track across the business
* Acting as an SME for The Aire Way training and process understanding, you’ll be part of the training team to deliver best in class ways of working during onboarding/transition sessions, sharing knowledge and providing guidance to new hires
* Addressing quality issues and implementing corrective actions
* Contributing to NCR’s and investigations where needed
Objectives
Defines the tangible outcomes expected from the role
1. Deliver Successful Client Transformations - Plan, pilot, and deliver tailored client transformation programmes end-to-end in partnership with the Transformation Manager and Account Directors, ensuring each initiative moves from conception to completion with clearly defined outcomes and measurable success criteria as well as a communication framework
2. Ensure Timely and Cost-Effective Delivery - Develop, maintain, and actively manage transformation timelines and budgets, ensuring all critical milestones are achieved on schedule and within agreed financial parameters, across all ‘Aire Way clients
3. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration - Proactively engage internal functions and pillars, securing the appropriate contributors at the appropriate stages to enable effective decision-making, alignment, and delivery across the transformation lifecycle
4. Maintain High Standards of Planning and Governance - Monitor transformation planning documentation to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and governance requirements are consistently met, escalating risks or deviations where necessary
5. Proactively Manage Risk and Issues - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues as early as possible, implementing preventative and corrective actions to minimise disruption and safeguard delivery, quality, and client experience
6. Improve Processes and Client Experience - Continuously evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement, leading and implementing changes that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and the end-to-end client experience
7. Deliver Efficiency and Cost Reduction Initiatives - Identify and implement initiatives that reduce cost, minimise waste, and streamline client processes, ensuring improvements deliver measurable value without compromising quality
8. Align Stakeholders around clear Targets and Success Measures - Establish and lock down key targets with all contributors, ensuring alignment on roles, responsibilities, KPIs, and what “success” looks like across each transformation
9. Track and Report Performance - Provide clear, consistent reporting on timelines, KPIs, and progress throughout the transformation process, enabling transparency and informed decision-making across the business
10. Embed Best Practice Across the Business - Partner with key stakeholders to define, standardise, and implement best practices, ensuring learnings from transformations are embedded and scalable across accounts and teams
11. Act as a Subject Matter Expert and Training Contributor - Serve as an SME for ‘The Aire Way’ and associated processes, contributing to onboarding and transition training by delivering best-in-class ways of working and supporting capability development across teams
12. Maintain Quality and Compliance Standards - Identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and contribute to NCRs and investigations as required, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and sustained delivery excellence
13. Embrace Lean Six Sigma principles - Utilise Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodology, to ensure the guiding principles are in force across all areas

Qualifications
We don’t have specific qualification requirements, but are looking to invest time and training for this role which will extend beyond internal modules with external Lean Six Sigma belts available to be achieved (starting from a Green Belt Level upwards).
