The Role
We’re seeking a Freelance Part-Time Business Development Manager who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive new business growth. This is a great role for someone looking to combine their sales and strategy skills with a creative environment.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute a flexible business development strategy to attract new clients and projects
* Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders
* Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to craft compelling pitches and proposals
* Represent Tilling Creative Group at industry events or virtual networking opportunities
* Track and report on business development progress
What We’re Looking For
* Approximately 2-3 days a week commitment required – to be agreed based on availability and needs.
* Experience in business development, sales, or client management - ideally within a creative agency or related industry
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strategic, proactive, and able to work independently
* Passion for creativity and helping clients achieve outstanding results
* Comfortable working with diverse remote teams.
* Proven track record of generating leads and securing new business for creative agencies or similar clients.
