Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker/ Residential Support Worker
Location: Staffordshire
Salary: Between £32,000 - £34,000
We are currently working with a ‘Good’ rated Children’s Residential Home in Staffordshire, which has 3 small homes within the area and are all 2 bed.
Our client is looking for both:
Experienced Senior Residential Support Workers with an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care;
A Residential Support Worker with an NVQ Level 2 or below, who is willing to train up;(Both must have the right to work in the UK and do not require sponsorship).
Senior Residential Support Worker/ Residential Support Worker duties and responsibilities
To work 2 days on and 3 days off, including sleep in’s;
Providing personal care and support tailored to individual needs;
Assisting with medication management and health monitoring;
Supporting individuals with daily activities, including meal preparation and mobility assistance;
Helping with social engagement and emotional well-being;
Working alongside healthcare professionals to implement care plans;
Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for service users.Senior Residential Support Worker/ Residential Support Worker Qualifications and Training:
A care-related qualification (such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care);
At least one year experience working with health and social care/ A Residential setting;
MUST be able to drive to the duties required;
