This is a permanent, full-time daytime role, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary up to £28,521.33, depending on skills and experience and follows a hybrid working model.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Working closely with the Service Delivery Supervisor the role holder will be responsible for:
* Own service delivery and ensure SLAs are met
* Support client needs and provide solutions
* Monitor deliveries and analyse data for improvements
* Communicate performance updates to clients
* Liaise with carriers and coordinate ad hoc collections
* Handle queries, support invoicing, and manage claims
* Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed
Profile:
* Proactive, logical, analytical mindset
* Able to work independently with strong ownership
* Good IT skills, including Excel
* Comfortable with JDA and Salesforce (training can be provided)
* Adaptable to new technology
* Logistics or transport experience highly preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
