The Role:
As a Central Services Representative, youll play a crucial part in supporting mortgage customers by providing high-quality administrative and technical support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Handling mortgage account queries, including payments, redemptions, and term changes
2. Managing early-stage arrears cases with empathy and care, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
3. Preparing documentation and correspondence for internal teams and external customers
4. Supporting mortgage servicing processes including statements, annual reviews, and payment schedules
5. Working collaboratively across teams to ensure accurate, efficient service delivery
What Youll Bring:
6. Previous experience in mortgage administration, servicing, or arrears management
7. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive financial data
8. Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
9. Familiarity with FCA regulations and mortgage industry processes (advantageous)
