Base pay range
£16,228 per annum for 18 hours 30 minutes per week, £32,456 full-time equivalent. Full salary details can be discussed during the recruitment process.
Job Role
* Support residents to maintain their tenancies by assisting with low-level anti-social behaviour issues, repair or renting queries, and helping new tenants settle in.
* Understand issues facing older people and work closely with colleagues to deliver positive outcomes.
* Engage with tenants individually and in groups, fostering socialisation, healthy living and well-being.
* Ensure health & safety compliance within schemes, including building security, fire checks and inspections of communal areas.
* Communicate effectively, build relationships with a wide range of people, and work well under pressure.
* Use initiative, excellent time management skills and prioritize tasks, including regular travel between sites.
* Put residents at the heart of what you do and focus on delivering an excellent service.
Qualifications & Experience
* Great communicator with the ability to form relationships with diverse groups.
* Self-motivated with an energetic approach to tenant engagement.
* Ability to handle pressure, use own initiative and manage time effectively.
* Experience or knowledge in working with older people and housing.

Additional Details
You will be based at Linden House in Sevenoaks. You’ll need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
