DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic total rewards apprentice to join our team specializing in employee benefits for Cummins services in Darlington, UK. During your apprenticeship with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

Summary of the course:

The Total Rewards Benefits Apprentice role is a developmental position within the Total Rewards team. During the apprenticeship you will work five days per week, inclusive of one day per week for study. The working hours are 8am-4pm, with flexibility to suit business needs. On completion of this apprenticeship, you will obtain a Business Administration Level 3 qualification.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

1. Maintaining benefit records and preparing documents necessary for implementing benefit coverage in the EMEA region.

2. Supporting change to administrative processes.

3. Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to benefit-related questions and requests with courtesy, accuracy, and promptness.

4. Optimise teams work processes with a strong continuous improvement focus.

5. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, teams, and functions to drive business solutions, achieve project outcomes, and support the delivery of company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

6. GCSE or equivalent English Grade 5 and Math Grade 4 or above with 3 other subjects at grade C/4 or above.

7. Must be a UK resident who has lived in the UK for the last 3 years. If you are a previous resident of the EU/EEA, you must have gained pre-settlement or settlement status.

8. A strong customer focus to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.

9. An action-oriented focus to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.

10. Ability to work as part of a team as well as working on your own with listening and communication skills.
