At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams. This time, we’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will be working with Paige from our Talent Acquisition team.
What You Will Be Doing
You’ll be based in our London office and work closely with teams across the business, supporting recruitment for Retail, Head Office (London & Milton Keynes), Contact Centre, and Distribution Centre roles. This is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll coordinate the full recruitment process, from job adverts and telephone screening to interview scheduling, offers, and assessment day logistics. You’ll manage the shared careers inbox, keep our applicant tracking system up to date, and ensure candidates have a smooth, professional experience throughout. You’ll also take ownership of planning assessment centres and support employer brand activity through events, careers fairs, and local outreach, gaining exposure across a wide range of functions and building a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition.Key Areas Of Focus

Required Skills and Experience
* Solid & demonstrated administration experience
* Well-organised and good at managing time
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Proficient working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office, and learn new systems
* Keen to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition
* Positive attitude, proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with a willingness to learn
* Willing to travel to Milton Keynes or other locations occasionally (with notice)
