The role As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. Key Responsibilities Managing a broad range of residential conveyancing files, including freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgage, and transfer of equity. Providing clear and pragmatic legal advice to clients throughout each transaction. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal processes. Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors. Maintaining accurate documentation and up-to-date case records. About you The ideal candidate will be confident, client-focused, and a great team player. You will have: At least 2 years' PQE handling your own residential conveyancing caseload Strong technical knowledge in freehold and leasehold property law.
