Chelsea, Central London We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and experienced live out Housekeeper (with some nanny experience) to join a fully staffed ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) residence. The ideal candidate will be discreet, proactive, and capable of maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will work as part of a dedicated team to support daily operations, including household management, laundry care, and morning family routines. Duties: Daily Housekeeping & Cleaning Dusting and polishing furniture, fittings, and surfaces Vacuuming and cleaning carpets, rugs, and hard floors Deep cleaning of bathrooms: toilets, showers, sinks, bathtubs, and countertops Cleaning skirting boards, doors, architraves, and high-touch areas Window and mirror cleaning (interior only) Daily rubbish and recycling removal Light hoovering of blinds and curtains Cleaning inside cupboards and drawers regularly Full AM service and ground floor set-up; PM close-down routine Deep cleaning as scheduled, including playroom, gym, kitchens, and appliances Laundry & Wardrobe Management Sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and steaming of clothing and linens Wardrobe organization and seasonal rotation (including children’s wardrobes) Managing all dry-cleaning and seamstress requirements Steaming and cleaning draperies Shoe and accessory care as required Kitchen & Service Breakfast and smoothie preparation in the absence of the chef Lunch service and kitchen clear-down Cutlery, silver, and glassware polishing (with inventory checks) Clean and maintain commercial and family kitchens, including all cupboards and appliances Deep clean fridges and freezers weekly Household Support Monitoring and restocking of household supplies (cleaning, toiletries, pantry, etc.) Reporting repairs, maintenance needs, and coordinating contractors as directed Greeting guests and offering refreshments before meetings or appointments Setting up and clearing down for hair/makeup appointments or visiting professionals Managing incoming packages and deliveries Supporting the Principal with errands, floristry requirements, and light admin Children & Family Support Assist in the children’s morning routine, including preparing snacks, organising uniforms, and helping them get ready for school Clean and tidy children’s bedrooms, bathrooms, and playroom daily Manage and maintain children’s laundry and wardrobe Provide age-appropriate wardrobe support (e.g., labelling, sorting by size, purchasing) Liaise family PA/Mum to coordinate school items, activities, or appointments The children are 7 years old girl and 8 years old boy. Working days and hours: Mon to Fri 6.30am to 3.30pm. Start: ASAP Requirements · Previous experience in a private UHNW household · Team player – ability to work collaboratively within a fully staffed home · Absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times · Fluent English (spoken and written) · Proactive, polished, and highly professional demeanour · Strong organisational skills and excellent time management · Flexibility to travel occasionally if required Benefits Salary: £50,000 gross per annum
