Job Description:
1. Process weekly payroll for a small team
2. Process PAYE every month and year-end
3. Administer Pension Submissions
4. Additional payroll administration
5. Issuing Sales invoices and credit notes to customers
6. Process receipts, purchase invoices
7. Taking payments and chasing overdue accounts
8. Monthly bank reconciliation
9. Arrange shipping documents and paperwork for export
10. Be the freight contact for shipments
11. Deal with email and telephone enquiries
For the Accounts Assistant role, it would be good to see candidates with:
12. Experience using SAGE
13. Payroll and Accounts experience
14. Experience dealing with shipments desirable (training provided)
15. A confident and reliable person
16. Used to working in a small office
Hours: Monday – Thursday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm 16hrs per week
Salary: £15. 00 per hour
