We are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This role combines strategic HR partnership with deep knowledge of HR compliance, focusing on both the people side of the business and ensuring all HR policies, practices, and operations are legally compliant. The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders to drive organizational change, optimize performance, and maintain compliance with local and regional labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
* HR Business Partnership:
* Act as a trusted partner to management by providing strategic HR support aligned with business objectives and growth.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement organizational structures and workforce strategies.
* Provide guidance on talent management, performance optimization, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Lead employee relations initiatives, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive working environment.
* Assist in organizational change management, ensuring smooth transitions when implementing new structures or policies.
* Compliance & Legal Expertise:
* Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws, industry regulations, and company standards.
* Review, develop, and implement policies to ensure legal compliance in recruitment, contracts, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
* Advise management on legal aspects of HR issues, employee rights, health and safety regulations, and labor disputes.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure HR compliance and address gaps proactively.
* Develop and deliver HR compliance training for leadership and staff.
* Policy Development & Implementation:
* Develop and implement policies aligning with organizational goals and legal standards.
* Communicate and enforce HR policies clearly among employees and management.
* Guide on employee contracts, compensation, and labor law requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
* Reporting & Analytics:
* Provide HR metrics and reports on KPIs like turnover, engagement, and compliance status.
* Track and resolve HR compliance issues, recommending corrective actions.
* Talent Management & Development:
* Support talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring compliance.
* Facilitate succession planning, career development, and leadership initiatives.
* Drive performance management and coach management on employee development.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field (Master’s preferred).
* HR certification (CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) is a plus. Proven HRBP experience of at least 5 years, with a focus on compliance.
* Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations at local, regional, and international levels.
* Strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
* High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
