As a Vehicle Sales & Compliance Manager, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring a profitable and seamless experience for every customer. Your key responsibilities will include: Profitability & Sales: Drive the profitable operation of the finance and insurance functions by offering our products to customers and identifying opportunities to generate finance sales. Compliance: Ensure every transaction is fully compliant by utilising ITC Apex software and adhering to data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR. Process Management: Check and approve each vehicle transaction at both the invoicing and handover stages, ensuring accuracy and security. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by providing thorough explanations of insurance products and building strong customer relationships. Financial Strategy: Achieve financial income and penetration targets set by the Group and look for ways to maximise sales and returns to the dealership. We are seeking a candidate with a keen attention to detail and a desire to meet targets. To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience in a compliance role within the motor retail industry (preferred) An understanding of data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build good customer relationships. The ability to negotiate profitable transactions.
