SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored support and guidance to students with special educational needs (SEN) Create individualised learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance learning outcomes Monitor and assess student progress regularly Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for SEN students Required Qualifications: Recognised teaching qualification Specialist knowledge in SEN education Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching, preferably in SEN education Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs Additional training in specific SEN areas (e.g., autism, dyslexia) Working Conditions: Part-Time role, working hours may vary.
