Transaction Services Associate Director / Director
Location: Birmingham (Midlands)

Our client, a national firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors, is undergoing an exciting period of expansion following recent restructuring and investment. As part of their growth strategy, they are looking to strengthen their Transaction Services team nationally and are seeking experienced, qualified accountants to join their Birmingham office at either Associate Director or Director level.
In this role, you will lead and manage a wide range of transaction services engagements across Corporate and Private Equity clients, including cross-border transactions. You’ll play a key part in driving high-quality delivery and client satisfaction, while helping to develop and grow the team.
Key requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Transaction Services or a related field. Currently operating at Associate Director, Director, or equivalent level within a mid-tier or large firm (or within a commercial industry role). Strong ability to analyse and interpret financial data, understand complex business models, and produce clear, insightful reports — including financial due diligence and capital markets reports. A proven track record of client relationship management and business development, ideally supported by an existing client network. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing team members, presenting to senior clients, and representing the firm at business and networking events.
