Barrow Based (Hybrid working). £31.94 an hour Umbrella Inside IR35. 12 Month Contract initially.
This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UK's leading Defence organisations based in Barrow in Furness. 3 days per week on site.
About the Role
Role is a Case Coaching Advisor position, not a HR Generalist role.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide legally sound advice, promoting a compliant and fair workplace culture, whilst balancing critical and commercial business requirements.
* Use judgement to problem solve, understanding and advising on a variety of high‑risk and complex employee relations matters.
Essential Qualifications
* ER discipline expertise, including a sound understanding of UK employment law.
* Experience working in a unionised environment and with a large variety of stakeholders.
* Demonstrable experience in managing a large case workload.
* Must have a CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
