A highly respected national Financial Planning firm is seeking a Paraplanner Manager to take on a key role within the business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and technically strong Paraplanner to step into a leadership position, overseeing a small paraplanning team across the Group while remaining hands-on with complex technical work.
The role:
1. Provide high-quality technical paraplanning support to a team of 13 advisers across multiple locations
2. Oversee and mentor a small team of paraplanners, ensuring consistency and quality of output
3. Manage workflow across a pooled support structure, coordinating with advisers and administrators
4. Take the lead on more complex cases, including pensions and investments
5. Contribute to process improvements and best practice across the technical function
Whats needed:
6. Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, ideally Chartered status
7. Strong technical paraplanning experience with pensions and investments knowledge
8. Previous experience mentoring or leading paraplanners would be advantageous
9. Excellent communication and organisational skills
10. Ability to balance technical work with team oversight responsibilities
