Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience:
* 🎓 Degree qualified in an engineering discipline.
* 📅 Project Management experience in planning, controlling budgets, and driving to schedules within a technical environment.
* 🛠 Engineering and technical competence, sufficient to enable effective decision-making.
* 💼 Understanding of cross-functional roles such as purchasing, commercial, and engineering management.
* 📋 Well-organized, with a systematic and rigorous approach to planning work and priorities.
* 🤝 Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong teamwork and collaboration.
* 🗣 Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics effectively.
