We are seeking an experienced Property Manager specialising in large portfolios to oversee residential and commercial property portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, ensuring property maintenance, and maximising rental income. Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end lettings process, including marketing properties, conducting viewings, and vetting prospective tenants
* Liaise with landlords and tenants to address queries, negotiate lease terms, and ensure contractual obligations are met
* Oversee property maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and conduct regular inspections to uphold property standards
* Maintain accurate records of tenancy agreements, rent payments, and property documentation
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations governing lettings and tenancy agreements
* Develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy rates and rental yields
* Provide professional advice to clients regarding market trends, rental valuations, and property improvements
Skills
* Proven administrative experience within property management or lettings agencies
* Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors
* Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively serve diverse client bases
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
* Proactive problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion
