Conveyancing Legal Secretary

We’re working with a well-established law firm who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their busy team in Gillingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong secretarial skills and a background in conveyancing to build a long-term career within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
Audio and copy typing of correspondence, legal forms, and documentation
Handling incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
General administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and updating client records
Managing appointments and liaising with clients directly
Preparing and maintaining accurate records on the case management system
Working collaboratively with the wider secretarial team to provide cover when required
Maintaining discretion when handling confidential informationThe Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary
Strong typing skills with speed and accuracy
The ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly manner
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Package
Salary dependent on experience
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
