Project Coordinator | Full Time Position
Enthusiastic, Experienced – Role in Milton Keynes (UK)
MX Reality have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, well organised, technology savvy individual with a proven track record of managing development of mixed reality (VR/AR) or software solutions and services. The suitable candidate will be joining MX Reality as a Project Coordinator and will be involved in supporting the development and commercial arm of the business.

We produce highly sophisticated technology-based solutions in fault-diagnostics as well as products & data visualisation systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating the development of Virtual Environment / VR training based programmes
* Define and setup project tasks and produce a project schedule
* Monitoring, planning, scheduling and reporting on projects
* Working closely with clients to request and review project deliverables
* Ensure quality assurance of project solutions
* Working with internal development teams, and senior managers to ensure successful project delivery
* Supporting the Development and Project Management team where required
Pre-requisites
* Proven experience in project co-ordination of virtual reality, software development or similar field
* Proven experience of scheduling/rostering personnel across multiple projects
* Proven experience of using a task management system (ClickUp/JIRA/Monday etc)
* Relevant project co-ordination qualification or training
* A proactive “can do” attitude
* Excellent organisational skills
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Project)
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy environment
* Adaptable to project requirements
* Exceptional written and communication skills.
* People skills to influence and motivate team members
Relevant experience in mixed reality (Virtual/Augmented Reality) is preferred.
Experience in Project Management of small projects is desirable.
Job Details
* Working hours: 9am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
* Full time permanent position subject to probationary period
* Office based role with a proportion of time attending offsite meetings
