We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead how Let’s Do This shows up for the event organiser community - how we tell our story, what we say, where we show up, and how we build our reputation in the industry.
Our mission is to get everyone together offline and we’re proud to power some of the world’s best events with our AI Registration Platform. There’s a lot to say about what we’re doing, the partners we work with, and where the industry is heading. Right now, we’re only scratching the surface.
You’ll take ownership of how we turn this energy into marketing that increases awareness of Let’s Do This and inspires organizers across our key markets. Shaping the story, packaging it, and getting it in front of the right people. The goal is simple: build things that event organisers want to read, share, and act on.
We’re looking for someone with strong B2B marketing experience, sharp instincts for what resonates, and a genuine interest in running. You’ll play a central role in shaping our brand, with the freedom to test, shape, and scale what works.
About you
* 3+ years experience in a relevant role at a tech start-up
* Agile in how you think, able to act with conviction and determination
* Curious, hands on, and experimental with AI
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Organized project manager who coordinates effortlessly
* Confident collaborating with peers, senior stakeholders and management
* Obsessed with details and understands their role in shaping exceptional work
* Passionate about running and the mass participation sport events industry

Our ambition is to be known as the AI Registration Platform that makes the impossible a reality. That’s the reputation we want you to help build through five core work streams:
* Mission - Evangelise why it matters to support an industry who inspires people to get active
* PR - Company announcements and thought leadership across industry and mainstream titles
* Founder content - Development of an interview series that challenges and inspires the industry
* Industry events - Planning and production of our attendance and presentations at industry events
* CRM - Communications across channels that keeps LDT’s innovation top of mind for audiences
