About the role: 1:1 and small group support for pupils with high-functioning autism Supporting emotional wellbeing, communication, and learning Using visual aids, clear routines, and calm approaches Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and parents Ideal background & Skills: Previous SEN TA experience Psychology / Criminology graduate with child-related experience Confident, empathetic, and proactive Strong communication skills This is a long-term, full-time role offering excellent experience and training.
