Interim Legal Counsel – Funds Formation (12-month FTC)
We’re working with a leading global private markets investment firm to hire an Interim Senior Legal Counsel for their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing Legal & Compliance team and play a key role in :
✅ Fund Formation & Structuring – LPAs, PPMs, side letters, investor closings
✅ Regulatory Advice – AIFMD, FCA rules, cross-border marketing compliance
✅ Investor Negotiations & Segregated Accounts
What we’re looking for :
* mid-senior, trained at a top-tier law firm in Funds / Investment Management or with in-house exposure
* Experience with private equity, private credit, or real assets
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills
