Your New Role
This position offers the chance to work in a highly technical, hands‑on setting where you'll take ownership of one‑off and short‑run components from set‑up through to final inspection. You'll operate within a small, fast‑moving team that mirrors the mindset of an elite machine shop - delivering complex parts right first time under demanding lead times.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full responsibility for tool set‑up, 5‑axis machining, in‑process verification, and final inspection
2. Developing workholding and proving out set‑ups.
3. Achieving and maintaining tolerances of ≤0.05 mm across titanium, aluminium, stainless steel, and nickel alloys
4. Selecting and optimising tooling, feeds, and speeds to balance quality, cycle time, and tool life
