EYFS PHASE LEADER & CLASS TEACHER REQUIRED FOR SEPTEMBER 2026 OR SOONER, WITH MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY.
SALARY: MAIN SCALE/UPS: £32,916 – £51,048 + TLR2a £3527 – negotiable dependent upon experience
The Governors of St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an excellent and dynamic Early Years teacher to join our vibrant school community and lead the Early Years Foundation Stage and adhere to the school’s Catholic Life and Mission.
We are looking for someone who can drive excellence in teaching, learning, safeguarding, and outcomes for our Early Years pupils and further develop and enhance our provision and curriculum offer.
We are looking for an EYFS Leader who will:
* Be strongly supportive of the Catholic ethos of our school
* Provide strategic leadership for Early Years, including transition from nursery settings and to Year 1
* Lead the development and embed an ambitious EYFS curriculum rooted in best practice and promoting strong foundations
* Demonstrate excellence in teaching and learning and manage and develop a skilled and motivated team
* Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
* Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, care, and inclusion
* Work closely with families staff, governors, parents and the wider community and external agencies to support children’s learning and wellbeing
* Leads and motivate others and is an active member of the Senior Management team.
