We're looking for a fabulous Cash Assistant to join our Finance Team and play a key role in ensuring the accurate and secure handling of company cash. Reporting to the Cash Manager, you'll process, monitor and reconcile cash‑related transactions, keeping our financial records accurate and supporting our stores with first‑class service.

What You'll Do
Load and reconcile Sterling and Euro bank statements in a timely manner.
Investigate discrepancies relating to cash, cards and other payment methods, raising queries with Stores and Area Managers.
Escalate unexplained discrepancies to Security and provide all required supporting information.
Manage the Cash Team inbox, actioning queries efficiently.
Deputise for the Cash Manager, supporting the team in their absence.
Assist with month‑end duties, cash flow postings, store collection schedules and general cash/banking tasks.
What You'll Bring
Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, even when working to tight deadlines.
Confident verbal communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Good working knowledge of MS Office programmes.
Previous administration experience.
