Here's what you need to know before applying: What You’ll Be Doing: As an AV Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our events run seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include: Setting up, operating, and de-rigging a variety of audio, visual, and lighting equipment for diverse events. Providing hands-on technical support to clients on event days, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and venue teams to bring events to life. Overseeing and coordinating a casual workforce, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Preparing, loading, and unloading AV equipment safely and efficiently. Troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure in a dynamic environment. Maintaining and ensuring the highest standard of equipment presentation. Adhering to health & safety regulations and best practices. Supporting other departments when needed - we’re a team that works together. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a similar role in a similar environment Strong technical knowledge of audio, visual, and lighting equipment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering flawless events. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Resourceful, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure. General IT proficiency. A Full UK Driving Licence.
