The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Law Partner who will play a pivotal part in the growth of the legal services division.
Key responsibilities include:
* Bringing and servicing a substantial client following.
* Managing and expanding the firm’s existing non-contentious client base.
* Leveraging the firm’s reputation to grow new business opportunities.
Beyond fee-earning work, you’ll have the chance to influence firm-wide initiatives such as:
* Recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent.
* Driving improvements to infrastructure and IT systems (including AI tools).
* Identifying new practice areas or sectors for expansion.
Requirements
* Minimum 8+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law.
* Proven ability to attract, maintain, and grow a client following.
* Strong track record of building relationships and delivering results.
* Energy sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
