Within this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and assessment in Levels 1-5 Early Years. With an enthusiastic and engaging approach, you will have the ability to motivate students and support them to achieve their potential.
You will be responsible for the success of students and providing an enriched curriculum, monitoring student progress, and ensuring timely completion and achievement. This will include recruitment, providing advice and guidance to students on their progression routes, and developing industry links that provide them with enrichment and work experience.
The Role Responsibilities
* Delivering outstanding teaching and assessment in Levels 1-5 Early Years

Requirements
* Vocational qualification at Level 3 or above
* Relevant teaching qualification and assessor’s award and IQA or be willing to work towards
* Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths or be willing to work towards
* Experience in IQA and the delivery of dissertations
