About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the front-of-house operations at a well-established and ambitious hospitality venue. This is a pivotal role requiring confident leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
You will oversee a team of 1015 front-of-house professionals, working in close partnership with the Executive Chef. Together, you will drive performance, elevate standards, and ensure the smooth coordination of a busy, multifaceted site that includes 7-bedrooms and a wedding venue offering.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of all front-of-house operations
2. Oversee guest accommodation management, including booking platforms (OpenTable, Avivo, and email systems)
3. Ensure effective stock control across wet goods and accommodation supplies
4. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements
