Role Responsibilities:
* To develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, to serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
* To collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, creating tailored solutions to drive mutual success
* To identify new commercial opportunities to drive business growth
* To collaborate with the wider business, to ensure a smooth supply chain and delivery of products, ensuring customer needs and issues are met and resolved quickly and efficiently
* To track key performance indicators, reporting and evaluating on the client's relationship and status
Skills you will need:
* Demonstrated experience in a key account manager role or sales
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organisation, negotiating and influencing skills
* A relationship builder who can foster and develop relationships easily
* Motivated and driven, able to manage their diary
* An understanding of the agriculture and or land-based sectors
* The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes
* A professional and positive mindset, with excellent customer service skills
* Proficient IT skills
* UK driving licence and the willingness to travel
