WHAT WE OFFER The Start Date of employment will be: 5th July 2026 Competitive salary of £27,800 per annum based on competence and experience. 39 hours weekly, working 5 days over 7, occasional weeknds. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE Passion for home furnishings with experience in a busy retail environment would be ideal. A creative degree is essential. Confidence in approaching and communicating clearly with different people in various situations, with the ability to work with other stakeholders in store. ?A flexible, practical, hands-on approach to responsibilities and the ability to meet set deadlines.? Self motivated to achieve goals and a desire to improve ways of working.? Revit drawing program skills/experience would be ideal but not essential, or similar programs would be helpful. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Planning commercial spaces, working together with the other departments. ??Supporting the implementation of commercial changes in the store, this will include painting and assembly/disassembly of shop fixtures where required. Keep visitors in mind when working on the shop floor, minimise disruption and remain aware at all times of the importance of safety and the visual impact for visitors. ?Secure high quality, simplicity and cost-consciousness in the execution of work by following established routines.
