Role Overview: Are you ready to lead global IT change initiatives in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We are seeking a
Group IT Change Manager
to design, implement, and lead a global Change Management process aligned with ITIL best practices. Reporting to the Head of Service Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring change processes are efficient, compliant, and continuously improving across a global IT landscape.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
Owning and leading
the global Change Management process, ensuring it is fit for purpose and operational.
Chairing CAB meetings, making timely decisions on normal and emergency changes.
Defining and reporting
on KPIs and metrics to measure process effectiveness.
Driving continual improvement, enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborating with IT partners
to manage third-party changes effectively.
Conducting change reviews
to capture lessons learned and ensure follow-up actions.
Integrating with other ITSM processes, such as Incident and Problem Management.
Providing documentation and training
to support governance and compliance.
Managing stakeholders
across multiple functions and geographies.
Ensuring global compliance
with Change Management policies and procedures.
Your previous experience is likely to include…
Proven experience in
developing and leading ITIL-based Change Management processes .
Acting as
Change Authority
in large, geographically dispersed organisations.
Leading
process improvement initiatives
and driving conformity to standards.
Managing
complex stakeholder relationships
and cross-functional initiatives.
Delivering
training, documentation, and consultation
to support process adoption.
Conducting
change reviews
and implementing lessons learned.
Familiarity with
Incident and Problem Management
and their integration with Change Management.
To be successful in this role you will…

Hold an ITIL Intermediate qualification or equivalent experience.

Have experience with Change Management tools and software.
