Administrator (FTC) Dalry, Ayshire £28k-£33k plus benefits Our client has a great opportunity for a focussed and proactive administrator within their quality assurance team based in Dalry. You will provide technical support to the project team, paying close attention to detail and exercising discretion in all tasks. This is a fixed term contract for the duration of the project, being 24 months. Valid driver's licence and own vehicle are required for this role. Responsibilities: Provide support to the quality and document control team by managing quality records and ensuring all information is stored appropriately Typing and formatting documentation, ensuring high standard to all documents produced Process and store project documentation within electric system Support the team with quality checking documents to ensure compliance with company procedures Collate and prepare information for project handover Minute taking and distributing once complete and signed off Filing and organisation You should have a sound educational background and have a basic understanding of document control systems and quality standards - although training will be offered. About you: Strong organisation and admin skills Strong technical skills in Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Proven administration experience with internal project experience preferred Strong communication skills Willing and enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude and flexible approach Works well to meet deadlines Good team player who can build strong working relationships with people at all levels Do you have what it takes to successfully deliver for the team?
