Responsibilities
* Responsible for managing all F and B outlets to the highest standards
* Report to the General Manager
* Manage the kitchen and BOH
* Oversee daily auditing of F and B standards
* Drive staff training to the highest level
* Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
Qualifications
* Will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a F and B Manager
* A strong understanding of operations
* A high level of customer service
* Have a can:do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
* Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
* High volume experience in hotels would be a benefit
