Talentmark are recruiting for a Finance Team Coordinator in a global pharmaceutical company on a contract basis to end of 2026.
Salary:
Paying up to £30 per hour PAYE
Finance Team Coordinator role:
Support Financial Planning and Analysis.
Drive team meetings.
Champion team engagement including arranging team activities,etc.
Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and follow-up actions.
Calendar and travel arrangements for senior staff.
Manage PO and vendor workflows, including SAP queries and tracking.Background:
Good project management skills including managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Strong written and verbal skills.
High level of computer literacy including key systems and processes (SAP, Ariba, Concur, SharePoint, etc.).Company:
