Are you an experienced social housing litigation lawyer? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to work closely with some of Browne Jacobson’s largest clients, provide excellent advice, and develop your career. Our social housing litigation practice is a thriving and fast-growing part of our business. You'll have opportunities to shape the development of the team, grow our client base and make a real difference for our social housing clients.
As a Senior Associate you'll supervise members of the team on a variety of housing disrepair, statutory nuisance claims, anti-social behaviour claims and injunctions, possession proceedings and housing related personal injury claims. You'll also run your own caseload of interesting, high value, and technically challenging housing litigation.
Working with a number of our dedicated clients, this role will give you the chance to be hands on, whilst also providing supervisory input to the team.
