We are seeking a proactive and driven individual to manage and develop customer accounts, supporting continued business growth across both existing and new markets.
This role is based within theSouthwest / M5 corridor region and requires candidates to be located within this territory. The role will involve managing accounts across a geographical area covering Birmingham through to Devon and Cornwall, including regular travel to customers within this region.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer accounts on a day-to-day basis, including regular travel to visit clients and maintain strong relationships
* Support in-store execution, including merchandising and display setup where required
* Manage and develop relationships with online and digital customers
* Conduct quarterly range reviews with key customers to assess performance and identify growth opportunities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
* Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events as required
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with company systems and processes
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall turnover growth
* Communicate new product ranges and company developments to clients and prospects
* Prepare presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to customer needs
* Strengthen customer relationships through regular communication via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
