About Love Sum
Love Sum is a fast-growing UK dumpling brand bringing bold flavours to British kitchens. Founded by MasterChef finalist Sandy Tang, the brand is now stocked in retailers including Sainsbury’s,Ocado, Selfridges, Booths, with a new production facility in Reading supporting rapid expansion.
We are building a brand that sits somewhere between food culture,creativityand modern identity— andwe’relooking for a marketing leader who can help push that vision further.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We want someone who can combine strategic thinking withinnovativeexecution, and who understands how to make a small budget travelvery far.
The Role
We are looking for a Growth&Marketing Directorwho can help Love Sum punch above its weight.
Collaborating with our founders, you will be hands-on in overseeing daily coordination with our current social media agency. At the same time, you will have experience of devising innovative, effective campaigns that help Love Sum outpace larger competitors through creativity and impact.
You should be comfortable moving between big ideas, founder storytelling, retail activation and guerrilla marketing.

* Define and drive the overall marketing roadmap for Love Sum as the brand scales nationally
* Align marketing with retail expansion and production capacity
* Identify the highest-ROI channels for a fast-growing chilled brand
* Selecttheoptimumtrademarketingtoolsavailablefrom retailers

* Only runs paid ads and social calendars
