Location: Wellington, TA21 9JG
Pay: £29,328.00
Hours: Full-time | Sunday to Thursday | 10:00pm - 6:00am

Key Responsibilities
* Operate and set up advanced production machinery
* Ensure product quality meets company standards
* Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
* Follow a structured training pathway to become a multi-skilled operative
Pay & Overtime
* Night Shift Rate: £14.10/hour then raised to £15.50 after learning the machines
* Overtime: Paid at time and a half
* £21.15/£23.25 (post training) per hour for any hours worked beyond standard shift times
