As Director of Sales, you will report to the General Manager. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations of the sales department to maximise revenue and client satisfaction.
* Conduct sales activities, including lead generation, meetings, contract negotiations, and trade shows.
* Track corporate accounts monthly to monitor performance and address declines.
* Manage Corporate and Consortia RFPs for increased hotel participation.
* Analyse GDS reports to enhance business strategies, focusing on meetings and conferences.
* Provide performance reports to the General Manager and Central Office.
* Contribute to pricing strategies and forecasts with management.
* Work closely with the Revenue team to develop and implement pricing strategies and rate optimisation.


What You Will Need:

* 2 to 3 years of experience in a Senior sales role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment.
* A creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
* Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment.
* Sales-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear reports to clients and colleagues.
* Confident, ambitious, and proactive in approach.
