Job Title: Residential Conveyancer (1–3 PQE)
Location: Bromley (Office-based)
Salary: £50,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a busy and well-regarded residential conveyancing team. Based in the heart of Bromley.
The Role
You will join a collegiate and experienced team, managing your own caseload while delivering a high-quality and efficient service to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to further develop their career within a respected firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Dealing with a range of general conveyancing transactions
* Providing a high standard of client care and maintaining strong client relationships
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 1–3 years’ PQE
* Ability to manage your own caseload independently
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Commitment to delivering a high-quality, responsive service
* Experience in new build property transactions is advantageous but not essential
