Overview
As a key member of a boutique, independent wealth management firm, the Personal Assistant will play a central role in supporting the CEO and wider Executive Team across regional offices in London and nationally. The client works closely with private clients, families, and corporate partners in areas such as inheritance tax, insurance, pensions, and investments.
Responsibilities
The PA will ensure the smooth running of executive operations including diary management, meeting coordination, preparation of board and governance materials, accurate minute taking, and proactive organization of weekly project activity. The position also includes travel and accommodation arrangements, liaison with investors and external partners, and the coordination of internal communications and engagement initiatives on behalf of the CEO. The PA will oversee a wide range of operational and administrative functions that keep the business running efficiently, including managing onboarding and leaver processes, maintaining office and facilities compliance across all locations, coordinating post and equipment, and supporting marketing and project related activity.
Qualifications
Chosen candidate will need a minimum of three years exceptional organisational ability, strong IT proficiency, discretion and a proactive, solution focused mindset.
