About this role and you: Reporting to the Store Manager we’re looking for a determined and enthusiastic Supervisor with a real passion for our brand. This role will effectively drive forward store performance whilst being a key advocate for what a great customer experience should feel like, helping the store become and remain a “go-to destination”, synonymous with great product and great service, embedding our brand guidelines and core values into how the team operate. In doing so this role will ensure that the team are fully engaged and aware of their own commitments towards this common goal. About your key responsibilities: We are looking for our new Supervisor to Support the Store Manager with in-store initiatives to drive sales Assist in leading the store team to deliver a flawless customer experience Drive the team to exceed sales targets and KPI’s by demonstrating best practice Ensure store standards are maintained, and floor layout meets brand guidelines Encourage and coach the team to become brand ambassadors Work as part of a team, under pressure, all with a can-do attitude Embrace a more relaxed environment, without relaxing the standards. About your skills and knowledge This position would suit an individual who; Experience of working in a supervisory role within a retail environment Customer focussed Sales and target driven whilst not compromising on service Commercial in your approach Demonstrate a confident and clear communication style, able to adapt to your audience Excellent organisational and time management skills (including the ability to prioritise and multi-task and handle time-sensitive deadlines in a complex, fast-paced environment). Excellent presentation skills. Hours & Rota This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The role follows a 5 out of 7-day shift pattern, which includes weekend and Bank Holidays on a rota basis.
