Private Client Solicitor - York
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our client's leading legal team in York. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional legal services to our esteemed clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert advice and guidance on matters relating to wills, trusts, estates, and inheritance tax planning.
2. Manage a varied caseload, ensuring all legal documents and processes are accurately prepared and executed.
3. Conduct thorough research, analyse complex legal issues, and provide practical solutions to clients.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing superior client service and ensuring their legal needs are met.
5. Collaborate with colleagues within the Private Client team, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
6. Stay updated with the latest legal developments and changes in legislation, keeping abreast of best practises in Private Client law.
Requirements:
7. Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Private Client law.
8. Strong knowledge and expertise in wills, trusts, probate, and inheritance tax planning.
9. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
10. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritise workload effectively.
11. Strong attention to detail and meticulous approach to legal matters.
12. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
